24 Frames Per Second Exhibition Sydney

‘Emergence’ has just opened at Carriageworks in Sydney as part of 24 Frames Per Second, a major exhibition of 24 commissioned screen-based works by 18 Australian and six international artists.

Emergence is a large-scale audio-visual work, inspired by a Yolngu creation story and made in close collaboration with a Yolngu family. Emergence was created in collaboration with S. Shakthidharan and Rosealee Pearson.

This project is the beginning MYTH, a global multi-year arts project, conceived and developed by S.Shakthidharan & Leah Barclay, featuring stories that reconnect audiences to their innate relationship to the natural world.
