25 Sep Dance Score for Uruvam in India
Leah Barclay has returned to India for collaborative projects and performances with Nada Laya in preparation for their next studio album and tour in late 2010. In addition to this she has been in an intensive period of creative development with leading dancer and choreographer Hema Bharathy Palani on the score for the new Attakkalari production Uruvam. The creative development in Bangalore has allowed the pair to move freely between generating sounds in response to the physical gestures and adapting the choreography in response to the sounds.
